Is that the best price you can do?

To be fair to our customers and ourselves, we put our best price forward. However, we are flexible with bulk order discounts or larger systems.  

 

Do you match prices?

No, we do not. We offer our best prices; this means everyone always gets our BEST price.  We feel this is a fair and honest way of doing business.

 

Where do you deliver? 

Anywhere!  We deliver anywhere in Australia and export to most countries directly or via authorised distributors.  We ship Australia wide by either courier or Australia Post Gold Express Post and internationally via FEDEX.

 

Is my order insured in transit? 

YES!  If we deliver we also automatically include full insurance for damage or non-delivery (lost in transit).  Your order is fully traceable.

 

Is my purchase covered by an Australian warranty? 

YES!  All products are backed by FULL Australian warranty with FREE support and back to base warranty as a minimum.   For our Enterprise Recorder  (larger system) installations in Sydney Metropolitan region, we also automatically provide FREE onsite service during business hours during the warranty period.

 

Can I get an extended warranty?

YES!  Extended warranty and maintenance contracts are optionally available. We even provide extended 24 x 7 support if required as an option.

 

Can I buy over the phone or email?

YES!  You can order over the phone during business hours (AEST – Sydney time).

Can I pickup my order directly from your engineering office?

Sorry, no.
Our office is our engineering base and unfortunately not a retail outlet; we are not set up with a retail shop front. Ordering online or via phone does incur a small additional freight fee but this often is less expensive than the time and fuel in visiting our office.

 

Are there any extra charges for using my credit card or PayPal?

Yes, we are simply recovering costs incurred by us.

What is your returns policy?

Under Consumer Protection Law, we are not obliged to accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly.  However, we do offer 75% refund of purchase price (not including freight, credit card or PayPal charges) for goods valued at AUD$500 or less that are returned to our Technology Ten office within 7 days of purchase, subject to items being returned in original purchase condition and packed in original packaging.

 

Do you repair call recorders?

We service our call recorders only, other brands and imported recorders you may source, we regrettably do not service.

 

Can I be sure you do not pass on my personal details to a third party?

We only give out your details to the credit company to process your order and the couriers to deliver it.  See our Privacy Policy.

 

I'm having problems with a recorder I just purchased from you recently.  Can you help?

Do your recorders inject any noise or warning tone/message onto the telephone line?

No, silent operation. Any warning message required would be the responsibility of the customer.
